For the purpose of motivating workers’ initiative, improve their working skills and specialties, Anyang Longteng Heat Treatment Material Co.,Ltd held a working skill competition within the plant.
Our competition has four specialties：
- Overhead travelling crane driving skill;
- Thread rolling skill;
- Electrician;
- Bench work
Each competitors will have paper exams based on theological knowledge, then a practical operation competition.Combing paper and operation competition marks, Luan Lihong, Feng Kaixuan, Zhang Xiaoqing, Han Tao got 1st prize in their specialties. More 10 workers are given second the third prize as well.
Chief executive Mr. Feng Bo, vice chief executive Mr. Fu Guangqing, and plant director Mr. Feng Yajun present them certificates and awards.
