How do we inspect Rock Bolt Raw Material ?

Sharing this is because raw materials are one of the most importance part that catch client’s attention. Besides production process, raw materials somehow also define the products’ property. When we sourcing raw material factories, we only choose first level manufacturers, which have full of experience in steel industry and good reputation in the market.  And since these years, in order to bring both parties to win-win situation, we have quite good relationships.

1. Testing standard for rock bolt raw materials

1.1 Incoming inspection on raw materials with 600 ~ 700 MPa yield strength should be performed according to YB/T 4363;

Incoming inspection on raw materials with 335 ~ 500 MPa yield strength should be performed according to YB/T 4364.

1.2 Acceptance Inspection 

Quality Control Department is responsible for the acceptance Inspection duty.

1.3 Performing rules

Acceptance inspection should be performed by batches. And one batch must be same grade, same heat number, same dimension.
