42CrMo steel is a ultra high strength steel which has high toughness, hardenability and bo abvious temper brittleness, low deformation rate after being quenched. Heat-treatment or QT(quenching and tempering) will bring high fragile resistance properties and impact resistance properties.
This photo is our ready stock after heat-treaing process. These products will be applied for ground foundation anchor bolt which need high tensile strength and high pre-stress performance.

What is 42CrMoA?
42CrMo+A represent high level top quality steel. Phosphorus and sulphur composition is much lower than 42CrMo, which means more pure with less impurities.
Our factory – Anyang Longteng Heat Treatment Material Co.,Ltd provide customer 42CrMoA-LT, which means much higher performance than GB/T 3077 standard. In this way, after heat-treatment, product properties will be better.
