The WIND TURBINE FOUNDATION ANCHOR BOLT ASSEMBLY is packed and divide into 3 parts:
a. bars
Firstly, bolts should be coated by corrosion protection methods, like grease, fabric, zinc coat, painted. Then bolts need to be covered by high strength PVC tubes in case of any damage during transportation and installation.
Final step, We fix bolts into a cuboid by steel U shape profiles.
b. anchor rings(anchor plate, anchor flange)
Nude or covered by waterproof fabric/ paper.
c. accessories
The small accessories, for example, nuts, wahsers, thread protective caps, grease, etc, are all put into wooden boxes. For convenience, accessories for same foundation are stored in a same box.
