We own the patent for independent researched and developed heat treatment equipment. Steel rods are kept in the high temperature area for a short time, then should be cooled within 10 seconds, while the traditional heat treatment process in the high temperature is often around 10 minutes. The advantage of the quick heat and quick cooling process is the crystal grains of the metal have not grown up yet because of the short high temperature period. So that it can achieve fine crystallization.

Our equipment is a whole automatic production line controlled by computer, which could be adjusted slightly according to different carbon contents and processes. Thus the product’s performance will be able to improved.
Multi-frenquency Heat
We use multi- frequency heating in our heating furnace, which can overcome the weakness of single frequency heating to the curie point of inefficiency. At the same time, different heating depths of different frequencies can make the bars heated in a short time. This is the technical guarantee of rapid heating.
