ANCHOR RING PACKING STANDARD
1. TARGET
We establish this factory standard to regularize packing operation for anchor ring products; to ensure products are able to meet the requirements of environmental inspection; To protect products from damaging during transportation.
2. SCOPE
This standard specifies all anchor plate ring products of our company, mainly providing a packing method of woven belts and scotch tapes.
3. CONTENT
3.1 PREPARATION
3.1.1 PRODUCTS PREPARATION
Products should be finished products with inspecting satisfaction.
3.1.2 PACKING MATERIALS
3.1.3 WOVEN BELTS, SCOTCH TAPES
3.2 BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKING
3.2.1 To reduce friction during transportation, products appearance should be well protected. Half rings should be stacked in wharehouses. All half rings and splice plates should be fully covered by woven belts, then tie up with scotch tapes. Exposure any portion of products are not permitted.
3.2.3 Quantity of soft ropes should be decided according to length and weight
4 PACKING LIST
Clearly mark production serial numbers on every package; Send packing list to customer as soon as delivery starts. Packing list documents should include manufacturer, consignee, notified person and contact details.
